Why should I join?
  ParentingWeekly and its family of sites are leading online destinations for information and support personalized to your life stage whether you are actively trying to conceive, expecting your first or third, or raising a baby. How do I change or add my personal information?
  Visit the My Account section (be sure you're logged in) where you can edit in the boxes provided your email address or password, contact information and due date. You can also subscribe or unsubscribe to email newsletters and include your partner in the delivery of your newsletters. Be sure to save your changes using the "submit" button at the bottom of the page.

How do I add a pregnancy?
  Congratulations on your pregnancy! Please visit the My Account section (be sure you're logged in) to add your expected due date. You can also subscribe or unsubscribe to email newsletters and include your partner in the delivery of your pregnancy newsletters. Be sure to save your changes using the "submit" button at the bottom of the page.

How do I change or add my child's information?
  Visit the My Account section (be sure you're logged in) where you can edit your child's information or add the name, due date, or birth date of other children in your family.

I forgot my password. What can I do?
  Just click here to enter your e-mail address and we'll send your password.

My baby has been born but I am still receiving pregnancy information. What should I do?
  Congratulations on the birth of your baby! To update your child's information, change your expected due date in the My Account section to reflect the date of birth of your baby (be sure you are logged in). Enter your baby's name, gender, and birth date and save your changes. You should start receiving information for your newborn baby.

Why do I end up on ParentingWeekly when I edit my account information?
  For your convenience, ParentingWeekly and its family of sites (PreconceptionWeekly, PregnancyWeekly, and BabyWeekly) require just one email login to provide you with a truly unique experience as you journey through each stage of parenting. All account information can be accessed and changed on ParentingWeekly and will seamlessly update your member profile regardless of whether you're trying to conceive, expecting your first, or tracking your baby's development.

How do I cancel my account?
  To cancel your account and permanently remove all of your information, including your newsletters, photo albums and journal entries, please click on our Unsubscribe page.

Please note that cancelling your site account will also remove your community account.

Privacy Policy
  ParentingWeekly and its family of sites are committed to protecting your privacy and will not sell, share, or trade any personal information you give to us. The use of mailing information for prizes or gifts will be limited to such purpose. By using ParentingWeekly, you accept the practices described in our Privacy Policy. My Newsletters
Do I have to be a member to receive your weekly email newsletters?
  Yes, our weekly preconception, pregnancy, and baby newsletters offer our members information, tips, and special offers personalized to their stage and week of development.

How do I subscribe to/manage my newsletter subscriptions?
  You must be a member of ParentingWeekly or one of its family of sites to subscribe to our newsletters. If you're not a member, please click here to join. During the sign up process, you'll have a chance to select which newsletters you'd like to subscribe to.

If you are already a member, visit My Newsletters and check the newsletter(s) you want to receive. Be sure to save your newsletter settings by clicking on the "submit" button at the bottom of the page.

How do I unsubscribe from newsletters?
  If you no longer wish to receive an individual newsletter, you can opt-out of that specific mailing by using the convenient unsubscribe link at the bottom of all of our newsletters. Please remember that the unsubscribe link in our newsletters will unsubscribe you from only that particular mailing. You may still be signed up to receive our other newsletters.

To unsubscribe from one or more newsletters at once, please visit the My Newsletters section and uncheck the newsletters you no longer wish to receive. Be sure to save your newsletter settings by clicking on the "submit" button at the bottom of the page.

How do I get a copy of a newsletter that I accidentally deleted or missed?
  The weekly Pregnancy and Baby newsletters can be found on our site. They don't call you by name but the information is there for you. Go to your PregnancyWeekly or BabyWeekly start page and select the week of the newsletter you would like to view from the left-hand navigation.

How do I change my email address or my partner's email addresses?
  If you would like to change an email address, or include your partner in the delivery of your newsletters, please visit the My Account section (be sure you're logged in). From the My Account section you can click on the appropriate edit link to update your primary email address or add/edit your partner's email address.

How do I add my partner to the delivery of my newsletters?
  First, add your partner's information in the My Account section. Then, visit the My Newsletters page and click on the newsletter you would like to add your partner to. Check the box next to your partner's email address and click on the "Update" button. You can add or remove your partner to as many of your newsletters as is desired.

Be sure to remind your partner that a copy of your newsletter(s) will be sent weekly to his/her email inbox.

I'm getting the wrong week of the e-newsletter. How can I correct this?
  The week of your e-newsletter is generated from the due date you provided us when you subscribed. Visit the My Account section (be sure you're logged in) and change your due date.

How do I ensure I receive my newsletters each week?
  To ensure you receive all of your newsletters and valuable email communications, we recommend you follow these simple instructions to add us to your whitelist. Even if you are currently receiving our newsletters, we encourage you to add our email to your address book to prevent future delivery problems.

How come I no longer receive my newsletters on the day of the week that I've selected?
  We strive to make our newsletters smarter and more personalized to your needs. As a result, our newsletters are now sent on the day of your new week of pregnancy or baby's development as determined by your due date or baby's birth date.

Miscarriage/Loss Support
I've miscarried. How do I update my account?
  We are sorry for your loss. Please visit the My Account section and click on the "My Pregnancy" edit link. Check the "I've miscarried" checkbox and save your changes using the "submit" button at the bottom of the page. Your account will be put in a neutral state and your newsletter(s) will be turned off. To ensure you do not recieve any newsletters during this time, please go to My Newsletters and make sure your newsletters are turned off. As a member, you'll have access to your journal, photo album, articles and community message boards.

I've lost my baby. How do I update my account?
  We are sorry for your loss. Please visit the My Account section and click on and remove your baby's profile. Your account will be updated and the newsletters associated with your baby will be turned off. To ensure you do not recieve any newsletters during this time, please go to My Newsletters and make sure to uncheck the newsletter(s) you no longer wish to receive.

As a member, you'll have access to your journal, photo album, articles and community message boards.

What if I am going to try to conceive?
  If you are trying to conceive after a loss, we recommend visiting our PreconceptionWeekly site. PreconceptionWeekly is designed to promote the health and wellness of women and couples who are actively trying to conceive, dealing with fertility issues, or thinking of starting a family.

If you are already a member of ParentingWeekly and its family of sites, all you will need to do is fill in your menstral cycle information from PreconceptionWeekly's My Account section. To opt-in to our weekly preconception newsletter for the latest in fertility health issues and tips, click on My Newsletters and check the preconception newsletter. Be sure to save your updates by clicking on the "submit" button at the bottom of the page.

What if I become pregnant again?
  In the event that you become pregnant, all you need to do is visit the My Account section and fill in your new expected due date. This will activate your pregnancy account and personalize your pregnancy start page. To sign up for our pregnancy newsletters, go to My Newsletters check the newsletters that you wish to receive for updates on your fetal development.

We recommend that you use your Pregnancy site for the latest in information and tips. To access your pregnancy start page, click on the Pregnancy link from the top right-hand corner of every page.

Community Message Boards
How do I join the community message boards?
  You have to be a member of ParentingWeekly or its family of sites to participate in our community message boards and your birth club. If you are not already a member, sign up here to enjoy all that our site has to offer.

You can join the community discussion boards at any time by following the links in the "My Community" section or by clicking here (be sure you're logged in). Please create your desired username using the email address with which you subscribed to ParentingWeekly and its family of sites.

Baby of the Week
How can I submit a "Baby of the Week" photo?
  You can email us a photograph of your baby, from birth to 12 months, to baby_photos@parentingweekly.com. Be sure to keep the photo under 100k in size and include your child's name, birth date, and a brief description of some of the things that make him or her special. By sending us your child's photo and information, you give us full rights to publish this material anywhere within the BabyWeekly or PregnancyWeekly Web sites or promotional materials.

How do I enter the Posh Prize and BabySweeps giveaways?
  Sponsored by our partner site Maternity & Style, the Posh Prize and BabySweeps are monthly prize giveaways exclusively for our opt-in members. You may enter the Posh Prize Giveaway and BabySweeps by clicking on the "Enter Now" button. Simply fill out the entry form to enter that month's sponsored giveaway. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Please refer to the official rules for details.

Who is eligible to enter?
  The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States only, who have Internet access with a valid email address, mailing address, and zip code. You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  ParentingWeekly and its family of sites use cookies to provide you with personalized information and a valuable experience. We strongly recommend adjusting your browser settings to accept cookies if they are currently being blocked. By default, cookies should be enabled in your browser.

To allow cookies in Internet Explorer, go to the drop down menu marked "Tools" and click on "Internet Options". On the Privacy tab, click on "Sites..." and add parentingweekly.com and parentingweekly.community.com to the "Allow" list. Be sure to press "OK" to save your privacy settings.
